is the official site for "Zyvotel" chain , a private limited company, number 512104712, and operator of the Galil hotel, Residence hotel, Residence Beach hotel (hereinafter, the hotel).
2. The reservation of a staying in the hotel can be made telephonically through at telephone number 09-8301110 or through this Internet site.
3. Reservations through this site can be made on specific conditions that users declare that they have read the Rules and Regulations and agree to the specific conditions in full. Users also agree that they, or a third party acting on their behalf, will not lodge any complaint and / or demand and / or lawsuit directly and / or indirectly against the Internet site and / or against the company / hotel and / or anyone operating on the behalf of the company / hotel.
4. The User may make use of this Site solely in order to order and purchase services and /or obtain information. To remove all manner of doubt, it is hereby clarified that any use of the Site in a manner unspecified in these Terms of Use is forbidden, and that the Company reserves all its rights in respect thereof.
5. The Company is not responsible, whether directly or indirectly, for any case wherein Purchase Details are not accepted by the system and/or any technical and/or other fault that prevents the User from purchasing the Services via the Site.
6. The Site owners and/or its operators and/or any of its owners and/or its managers and/or its employees and/or its representatives will not be held responsible for mistakes made by the User in entering Purchase Details, including, but not limited to, mistakes in choosing vacation packages, dates, number of beds, meals and any other service ordered by the User via the Site, and the User hereby declares that he will not have any contention and/or claim and/or demand in respect thereof.
7. It should be clarified that illicit use of this Site and/or the information appearing therein constitutes an infringement upon copyrights or other laws in respect thereof.
8. Reservation of vacation packages - customers making reservations through this Internet site are required to fill in their personal details, including ID or passport number and credit card number.
9. Filling in incorrect personal details will result in taking legal action against the customer and will be charged in the case of canceling a reservation by the terms of the Cancellation policy. Including for damages that may be caused to the Internet site and / or to the company / hotel and / or a third party on their behalf.
10. The credit card details filled in online through the Internet site are for the purposes of securing a reservation only. The actual credit card debit will only be executed on arrival at the hotel.
At the end of the online reservation process the customer will receive an automatic e-mail message approving the execution of the reservation. The customer is required to print the contents of this message and present it on arrival at the hotel reception.
Conditions and limitations
1. The prices quoted on the Internet site are in US dollars and are intended for non Israeli guests. The reservation of vacation packages for foreign guests is available through the Internet site in Dollars in accordance with the updated price lists at the time of reservation, and payment is in foreign currency or is calculated according to the hotel's payment rate on the day of payment.
2. The hotel is permitted to change the conditions of the vacation package reservation as well as the price of the packages at any time. The number of rooms in the hotel is limited, and executing a reservation is subject to availability only.
3. A guest, who is interested in paying with a credit card, must present an I.D and have the credit card with him.
4. Residence at the hotel begins on the date of arrival at 14:00 until 12:00 on the date of departure. Arrival and / or departure times that are not in accordance with these hours require approval in advance of the hotel management and involve an additional fee. Early check in on Saturday and holidays is possible on request only.
5. Baby up to the 2 years of age. Child between the ages of 2-12 years of age.
6. The reservation of vacation packages in the hotel is limited to adults above the age of 18.
7. The Company reserves the right to prevent or discontinue access of any user to any part of the Site and the User will not have any contention and/or claim and/or demand against the Company in respect thereof.
8. The Company reserves the right to withhold confirmation of a reservation request for any reason, at its sole discretion, without any obligation to explain the reason, and the User will not have any contention and/or claim and/or demand, be it directly and/or indirectly, against the Company.
9. The Company reserves the right to cancel or change reservation terms, as well as all the prices advertised on the Site, at any time, and the User will not have any contention and/or claim and/or demand in regards thereof, even if the Company demands that he pay a price supplement after making the reservation.
10. No offer is valid in conjunction with any other offer.
11. All images presented on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. Since the images are presented on the computer screen of the User and/or printed by the User from the computer screen, there may be differences and changes between the pictorial image of the product and the real image thereof.
12. On the Site, connections (hereinafter: "Links") to other sites (hereinafter: "Linked Sites") may be found. These Links are intended for the convenience of the User only. The Company is not responsible for the Links and/or the Linked Sites and/or information appearing on them, their validity, correctness or legality. 14. From time to time, the Company may, as it sees fit and without prior notice, make changes to these Terms of Use and Conditions, the Site structure, content, appearance, including the extent and availability of the Services offered within it, and any other aspect relating to the Site and its operation. The validity of the aforementioned changes will begin from the day of their presentation on the Site, unless otherwise stated.
15. Any dispute and/or disagreement regarding these conditions and/or the Site, if and when it arises, will be clarified in Israel according to the laws governing the State of Israel only, in authorized courts of law in Netanya only.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fee during regular season:
Reservation may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival date.
A sum equals to one night will be charged for a cancelled reservation (less than 7 days ).
A sum equals to 3 nights will be charged in case of a non show.
Cancellation fee during Jewish holidays as well as the month of August:
Guests canceling a reservation up to 14 days before the arrival date will not be charged.
Guests canceling a reservation less than 14 days before the arrival date will be charged for the sum equals to 3 nights.
In case of non show the amount of 3 nights will be charged.
